A car crashed into a hair salon in Indiana this morning.

Indiana Fire Association’s rescue squad and Indiana Borough Police were called to Creative Edge Hair Salon on North 4th Street near Bob’s Pizza at 9:02 AM, according to Indiana County 911. Assistant Chief Ron Moreau said that the driver, who was not identified, hit the gas instead of the brake in the parking lot that the salon and the pizza shop share. The car bounced off a concrete barrier in one of the parking spots and crashed through a large window of the salon.
The owner of the salon, Danielle Hamilton, said she was in the building at the time, getting ready for her appointments.
No injuries were reported in the car or the business. Creative Edge Hair Salon is closed while people investigate the crash site, and Hamilton said they are in the process of notifying their customers.
