GRIFFIN TO TRANSFER TO IUP

Former Ligonier Valley star pitcher Maddie Griffin is transferring from Youngstown State to IUP.  She will have three seasons of eligibility.  A former Pennsylvania all-state selection, Griffin was 0-and-2 with an ERA of 8.40 in five appearances for the Penguins last season.
