Former Steelers linebacker Clark Haggans has died at the age of 46. Reports of his death spread Tuesday evening. He spent eight seasons with Pittsburgh from 2000-07 and was a key member of the Super Bowl XL championship team. Following his time with the Steelers, he spent time with Arizona and San Francisco. He finished his career with 332 tackles and 32.5 sacks. His cause of death was not announced.
The Steelers yesterday officially released wide receiver Anthony Miller, making room for veteran linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski. He made six catches for 25 yards and one touchdown last year but spent most of the year on IR.
