Last night was Summit Church’s Starlit Night, a prom-style experience for those 15 years of age and older with special needs. The event started in 2016, and was able to adjust during the Covid-19 pandemic by moving to the Indiana County Fairgrounds at Mack Park. Stef Ackerman with Starlit Night said a lot of work went into the event and it has been able to adapt over the years.
The event started with a parade down Philadelphia Street and ended at Mack Park for the formal event.
