The Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP was recently recognized by its parent company as one of its best-in-class properties for the second year in a row.
Hilton Corporation awarded the inn next door to the KCAC with the 2022 Conrad Achievement Award, which recognizes the best-in-class properties in each of the Hilton Hotel’s brands. The award’s criteria includes a ranking in the top 1% of 754 eligible Hilton Garden Inn hotels across the Americas, which is based on customer satisfaction ranking, employee service quality and inspection outcomes.
Edward Tubbs, Chief Operating Officer of Hospitality Asset Management Company and the Hilton Garden Inn’s operator, said “It is wonderful to see the entire staff recognized for their hard work and commitment to providing the highest quality service.”
The Hilton Garden Inn will receive a special trophy that will be on display in the hotel lobby.
