Rookie defenseman PO Joseph has been named to the Canadian team roster for the upcoming IIHF World Championships. That tourney will begin later this month.
This will mark the first time the Laval, Quebec native will represent Canada in an international hockey tournament. Forwards Nick Bonino and Drew O’Connor as well as Casey DeSmith are scheduled to suit up for the United States while forward Alex Nylander will join Sweden.
