Altoona blasted Erie, 9-1, last night for the Curve’s first win of the season.
Domingo Leyba, Matt Fraizer, and Jacob Gonzalez all homered for Altoona. Gonzalez replaced Matt Gorski in the second inning after Gorski injured his leg running out a double. Fraizer was 3-for-4 on the night. Aaron Shortridge got the win, pitching five innings, giving up one run on three hits and no walks, and striking out seven.
