One Heritage Conference team was in action last night as the River Valley Panthers squared off against Penn Cambria in the District VI Triple A playoffs, but it didn’t turn out the way they wanted.
Jake Slebodnick reports.
Panthers coach Don Stitt returns most of his team this year, but he will see one senior move on, that being Cole Kennedy-Citeroni. He said Cole has been an outstanding leader for the younger group.
The District VI playoffs continue today with a boys Double A matchup as top seed United hosts four seed Mount Union in Armagh. The winner of that game will face either Southern Huntingdon or West Branch in the championship.
