Indiana County’s first responders once again were up early as they had to deal with a car fire in Washington Township.
The fire was reported at 1:20 this morning along Five Points Road. Creekside and Plumville fire departments were dispatched to the scene at that time. No details are available as of yet.
Other than that, things have been quiet for first responders over the last 24 hours. Along with the car crash that happened Monday morning, Indiana County 911 reported that Cherry Tree Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched at 6:18 PM to provide state police assistance for an unknown incident along Sanford Lane in Montgomery Township. And at 9:29 PM, there was a report of utility lines down along Big Two road in Grant Township. Marion Center Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched at the time.
