No one has matched all five regular numbers and the mega ball in a few months, so the Jackpot has rolled over multiple times to a $1.35 billion annuity prize for tonight’s drawing. If the winner decides to take the cash option, that will result in a payout of just over $700 million. If won, this would be the second highest jackpot in the game’s history. The highest payout was $1.537 billion awarded in 2018 to a winner out of South Carolina.
Organizers of the multi-state lottery game reporting six jackpots having been won on past Friday the 13ths, making the day a kind one for the game. The last time was in October of 2017.
