A preliminary hearing is scheduled for today for a man charged with vehicular homicide.
Court documents show that 59-year-old Matthew Robert Long of Indiana will go before Indiana County District Judge Susanne Steffee at 1:15 this afternoon. He is charged with homicide by vehicle, homicide by vehicle while DUI, two other DUI counts and two summary traffic violations. This will be for an incident on October 22nd, 2020.
Others that are due for preliminary hearings today include Charles Kelly of Indiana, who is charged with misdemeanor indecent assault and harassment for an incident on October 26th, and 41-year-old Matt Patterson of Indiana, who is charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment for an incident on October 19th of last year.
