Next Saturday’s District VI Class A championship will feature the top two teams from the Heritage Conference as both Northern Cambria and Penns Manor came out winners in their semifinal matchups.
At Duffy Daugherty Stadium, the second seed Northern Cambria Colts exploded on offense in the second half en route to a 41-0 shutout win over third seeded Cambria Heights.

Individually, Owen Bougher became Northern Cambria’s all-time passing leader after a reception in the fourth quarter.
Colts head coach Sam Shutty said this was a team win.
Shutty adds this year’s team is special.
Meanwhile, at Pat Corrigan Field, the top seed Penns Manor Comets battled their way to a 21-7 win over the fifth seed Portage Mustangs.
