The Penguins had the day off yesterday but they did make one move, recalling forward Filip Hallander from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. He is their leading scorer this season with four goals and five assists. The Pens travel to Washington to take on the Capitals tomorrow night.
Hallander was the Penguins’ second round draft choice in 2018.
