For many, the dream of becoming an instant billionaire remains alive as no one hit the jackpot in Wednesday Night’s Powerball Drawing.
The winning numbers drawn last night were 2-11-22-35-60 with a Powerball of 23 and a Power Play of 2. With that, the jackpot continues to roll over to $1.5 billion annuity prize, which is the second-highest jackpot in the history of the game. The highest Powerball jackpot of all time is not too far off, as a $1.586 billion jackpot was won in 2016, which was shared by winners in California, Florida and Tennessee. If the winner of the next drawing decides to take the cash option, that will be $745.9 million.
Just because no one hit the main prize by matching all five regular numbers and the Powerball, players are advised to check the ticket anyway to see if they have won one of the other prizes offered. The next drawing is set for Saturday.
