FIELD HOCKEY
IUP’s Jess Davidson scored two goals in a 3-0 win over Slippery Rock yesterday. Davidson scored in the second and third quarters and Shelby Harnish added a goal on a redirection in the fourth.
VOLLEYBALL
The IUP women’s volleyball team is ranked sixth in the first numerical Atlantic Region rankings of the season. Clarion is number one with Wheeling ranked second, Gannon third, and Charleston and Fairmont State round out the top five. IUP is one spot ahead of Edinboro, while West Liberty, West Virginia State and Shepherd close out the rankings.
The Crimson Hawks finish out the regular season with a pair of divisional matchups this week, hosting Gannon for Senior Night at the KCAC on November 4 and Mercyhurst at the Memorial Field House on November 5.
