The Steelers yesterday placed linebacker TJ Watt on injured reserve, which will put him out for at least the next four games with his pectoral muscle injury. The team then signed rookie linebacker David Anenih off the Tennessee Titans’ practice squad. Anenih was undrafted out of the University of Houston and had three sacks, two forced fumbles, and two passes defensed in the Titan’s preseason.
At practice yesterday, running back Najee Harris and cornerback Levi Wallace were full participants after being limited by injuries on Wednesday. Center Mason Cole was a limited participant but said he will be ready to play on Sunday against the Patriots. Steelers/Patriots will air at 12 o’clock, with kickoff at 1 on WDAD on Sunday.
