Action gets underway tomorrow at the PA Youth Legion State Championship tournament, which is being hosted at First Commonwealth Bank in Homer City.
There will be two Saturday games at First Commonwealth Bank Field and two at the White Township Recreation Complex. At First Commonwealth Bank Field, Taney plays Connellsville at 4:45 PM, followed by Homer City’s Walbeck Insurance against Spring City at 7:30. At White Township’s Hogan Field, Shillington plays Penn Trafford at 5 o’clock and Upper Perkiomen meets Murrysville on the Keystone Field at 5:30.
All of the action for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday is at First Commonwealth Bank Field.
All of the Homer City Bears games will be aired both on the radio and on Renda Digital TV. Airtimes will be 7:30 on Saturday on WDAD, then 7:45 Sunday against Upper Perk on WCCS and 7:00 Monday versus Murrysville on WCCS. Should Homer City survive into Tuesday play, the game times and stations are to be determined.
