IUP Athletics announced on Wednesday that wide receiver Duane Brown was named a Division II preseason All-American for the second straight season.
The redshirt senior is coming off an outstanding 2021 season where he earned first team All-PSAC honors. Other accolades from last year include being a second team selection in Lindy’s Sports annual college football preview magazine and he was also a first team selection by The College Football Network.
Brown’s also amassed 937 receiving yards in his time at IUP with 47 catches and 13 touchdowns. Last year, Brown had four 100-yard receiving games.
The Crimson Hawks begin their 2022 season on September 10 on the road against East Stroudsburg.
