Marion Center scored runs in each of the first four innings on the way to a 14-0 win over the Walbeck Insurance Homer City Bears. Cam Rising was 3-for-3 with 4 RBIs and Carter Smith was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Marion Center had 10 hits in the game while giving up only two. Jayden Detwiler was the winning pitcher, tossing 2-and-two-thirds shutout innings and striking out two. JJ Ferraro closed the game with 2-and-a-third scoreless.
A day after beating Punxsy Post 62 by 16 runs, the SW Jack Drillers handled Punxsy again, 8-2. The Drillers scored six runs in the second inning, highlighted by a 3-run home run by Derek Miller. Landon Kodman hit a two-run homer in the third. Miller and Caden Force each had two hits to lead SW Jack and Ryan Okopal got the win with three no-hit shutout innings in which he struck out five and walked one.
