Southern Huntingdon will take on Claysburg-Kimmel for the PIAA District VI Class 2A Championship on Wednesday. First pitch is at 5 p.m.
CLASS 3A: WESTMONT HILLTOP – 3 CAMBRIA HEIGHTS – 0
Westmont Hilltop will face Bald Eagle Area High School for the PIAA District VI Class 3A Championship on Thursday. First pitch is at 1 p.m.
In Class 1A, Glendale will take on Conemaugh Valley on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.
All games will be played at Saint Francis University in Loretto.
BOYS’ LACROSSE
The Indiana High School boys’ lacrosse team saw its season come to an end yesterday as they fell to South Fayette, 8-4, in the WPIAL playoffs.
Indiana came within one at the end of the first quarter and two at the half, but South Fayette expanded its lead in the third and fourth periods to earn the win.
