Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana announced earlier today that they are investigating an incident of theft from an Indiana County gas station on May 18.
Troopers say that around 1:51 a.m., a red and a blue tractor-trailer were seen pulling into the pump area at Krevetski’s Convenience Store in East Wheatfield Township and stayed there for several minutes before leaving along Route 22.
Upon investigation, troopers say the drivers tampered with the fuel pumps, and an audit revealed a loss of 210 gallons of diesel fuel worth approximately $1,279.
Both trucks had sleeper cabins and were towing a white-in-color box trailer. Anyone with information is urged to call state police in Indiana at 724-357-1960. Photos of the trucks can be found below.
