RICHMOND FLIES OVER ALTOONA CURVE ON SATURDAY

The Altoona Curve’s offense fell silent against Richmond’s bullpen in a 5-3 loss Saturday afternoon to the Flying Squirrels.

Andres Alvarez and Tucupita Marcano each had solo home runs for the Curve and Liover Peguero had an RBI on the day, but Richmond’s relievers were able to lock it down the rest of the way while Richmond tallied runs in the 5^th, 6^th and 8^th innings.

The two teams wrap up the six-game set today.
