A motions hearing is scheduled for today for one of the suspects in the Carriage House shooting in October of 2020.
20-year-old Terrion Gates of Philadelphia will be in Indiana County’s Court today for the pre-trial motions hearing concerning a motion for joinder of trials. Gates is charged along with Isaiah Moore of Philadelphia, Isabella Edmonds of Indiana and Delmar Chatman of Johnstown with the shooting death of Jadeyn Wright on October 17th of 2020 at the Carriage House Apartments. The four went to Wright to allegedly buy marijuana, but the incident turned into a shooting, and the four fled on foot after that.
Gates faces charges of criminal homicide, robbery-inflicting serious bodily injury and theft. Chatman and Moore are scheduled for motions hearings on June 29th, while Edmonds is awaiting a criminal call hearing on May 6th.
