The Penguins crushed the Detroit Red Wings, 7-2, yesterday. The Big Three led the way. Evgeni Malkin returned to the lineup and scored two goals, Sidney Crosby scored his 13th goal of the season and Kris Letang had his ninth goal and two assists.
Other Penguins goals were scored by Chad Ruhwedel, Rickard Rakell, and Danton Heinen.
The Pens will play at Philadelphia this afternoon at 4:00.
