Two days after getting a commitment from former Ole Miss power forward Blake Hinson, Pitt coach Jeff Capel continued his rebuilding process by adding 6-11 center Fede Federiko, a 19-year-old native of Finland who averaged 11.7 points and 8.6 rebounds per game last season North Oklahoma-Tonkawa Junior College.
Capel entered the off-season with eight roster spots open and has added three transfers: Federiko, Hinson, and Colgate transfer point guard Nelly Cummings.
