Emergency responders were dispatched for several incidents Saturday afternoon and evening, including a call just before 1:30 PM for Homer City and Brush Valley firefighters for an accident on Route 954 in Center Township, and moments later a call for Indiana firefighters to assist with downed utility lines at the accident scene. No police report is yet available.
Indiana was also dispatched at around 4 o’clock for an automatic fire alarm along Pratt Drive in White Township.
Bolivar firefighters were summoned for utility lines down on Penrose Hollow Road in West Wheatfield Township shortly before 6:30 PM, and about 15 minutes later, Elderton firefighters were dispatched for a unnamed incident along Parkwood Road in Armstrong Township.
