The submission period is open now for unsolicited Public-Private Partnership proposals for PennDOT.
This submission period applies to PennDOT-owned projects, infrastructure, and services. During this time period, private sector entities can submit proposals to offer innovative ways to deliver transportation projects for not just roads, but bridge, rail, port and aviation sectors. Proposals can also include more efficient models to manage existing transportation-related services and programs.
This marks the first of this period for this year. The other period is scheduled for October.
Unsolicited proposals can be submitted now until 11:59 PM on April 30th. To learn more about Public Private Partnership with PennDOT, you can log on to www.p3.pa.gov.
