Multiple fire crews were dispatched this morning to a barn fire near Home station.
Indiana County 911 said at 7:34 this morning, Plumville, Creekside, Marion Center and Clymer fire departments along with the HAZMAT team and Citizen’s Ambulance were called out to 564 Hill Road in Washington Township to the structure fire. First reports said that a barn was fully involved by the time fire crews got to the scene, with much of the barn already destroyed. Horses that were in the barn were able to get out safely.
No word yet on any injuries or a cause. We will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
