A Saltsburg man entered guilty pleas yesterday to charges related to possession of child pornography.
38-year-old Patrick J. Brennan of Saltsburg entered guilty pleas to 10 counts each of child pornography possession and distribution. He had been facing 24 counts each on both of those charges along with a sole count of criminal use of a communications facility. The incidents stemmed from charges that were filed February 13th of 2021 by the state Attorney General’s office.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 22nd at 8:30. While it is not known how much jail time Brennan will face, representatives from the Attorney General’s office say that Brennan will be required to register as a Meghan’s Law offender for the rest of his life.
