Police in Blairsville Borough arrested a Robinson man after he was found with some drug paraphernalia during an incident early Sunday Morning.
Police say that they were dispatched to the Sheetz along East Market Street at 1:37 AM. When police arrived, they found two hypodermic needles lying on the floor and 37-year-old Stephen Hill sitting next to them. Hill admitted to taking drugs, but was not sure what he used. Hill refused treatment when Citizens Ambulance Personnel arrived.
Hill faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
