Indiana County first responders were busy Thursday into today with multiple calls.
Indiana Fire Association was the busiest as they were first dispatched at 4:15 PM for a carbon monoxide alarm activation along North Ben Franklin Road.
Indiana firefighters would be called out about four hours later for a vehicle accident near the entrance to Regency Mall on Oakland Avenue. Fire fighters, state police and citizens ambulance were dispatched at 8:09 PM. Two vehicles were involved in the crash, with one of them being an IUP police vehicle. No entrapment was reported and the people in the vehicles refused treatment.
The third call was at 12:05 this morning for what was reported to be a structure fire on Warren Road that turned out to be nothing more than burned food.
