PLEA COURT HEARINGS SCHEDULED FOR TODAY

Plea court hearings are set today for several people, including a man who faces multiple counts of statutory sexual assault and related crimes.

33-year-old Zackary Shawn Edward Wendel of Southwest in Westmoreland County is scheduled for a plea court hearing today, where he is expected to enter pleas to four counts each of aggravated indecent assault of a person under the age of 16, corruption of minors and indecent assault of someone under 16 for incidents that date back to March 17^th of 2013.

Also due for a plea court session this morning is 30-year-old Brian Keith Eiselman.  He faces charges of theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass and burglary for an incident on May 1^st of last year.

Also due in plea court today is 34-year-old Nicole Whitney of Indiana.  She is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief for an incident on August 20^th of 2017.
