The River Valley Panthers prevailed over Pequea Valley, 58-31, Tuesday night at River Valley High School in the first round of the PIAA 3A girls’ basketball playoffs.

River Valley coach Ric Brown says they knew they could run the legs off of Pequea Valley.
The Panthers moved into the Sweet 16 and will play Friday night against the winner of the Chestnut Ridge/Waynesburg Central game.
