An Indiana man had his probation revoked yesterday for four separate cases involving drugs.
Lamar Clemons was back in Indiana County Court yesterday for probation revocation hearings in cases from 2015 and 2019, where he was charged with delivery in two cases from 2015, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver in 2019, and illegal deposit, storing or disposal of chemical waste also from 2019. After the probation was revoked, he was ordered to serve 10 months to a day less than two years in county jail and one year of probation for all four cases.
The 36-year-old Clemons is also awaiting a criminal call hearing for two counts of possession with intent to deliver for an incident back in 2018. Charges were ordered to court on January 18th of this year. A criminal call hearing is set for April 1st.
