Today is the season finale for the IUP Crimson Hawks basketball teams as they welcome UPJ for a men’s-women’s doubleheader at the KCAC.
The IUP women are coming off a dominating performance against Clarion on Wednesday 92-41. Senior Guard Courtney Alexander had 25 points on the night, including 7-9 from three point range. UPJ is 10-11 and coming off a 70-63 win against Seton Hill.
Meanwhile, the IUP men is looking to continue their 10-game win streak after Wednesday’s 81-65 win over Clarion. UPJ’s men’s team is 16-5, with their last victory coming on Wednesday, which was a 74-57 game against Seton Hill. This will be IUP’s senior salute day with five seniors being honored, four for the women and one on the men’s side.
