Steelers great Louis Lipps has started his punishment for a DUI charge from late last year.
The former Steelers Wide Receiver entered into an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program in Allegheny County on Friday. This comes after he crashed a pickup truck into a parked trailer in Mt. Washington in November of last year. He must serve 12 months of probation, attend safe driving school and serve a sixty-day license suspension.
Upon successful completion of the program, the DUI charges would be expunged from his record.
