A man charged with child endangerment was sentenced yesterday in Indiana County Court.
31-year-old Travis W. Biss of Bolivar was charged Child Endangerment, but entered a plea to a charge of reckless endangerment for an incident where he and 28-year-old Meghan Abbott were taking care of three children, but the two were intoxicated from a controlled substance on January 20th of 2021. He was ordered to pay court costs and fines, and was placed on probation for one year.
Abbott was sentenced on June 25th of last year for a charge of child endangerment. She was ordered to serve 1-12 months in jail and two years of probation after her release from prison.
