The IUP basketball teams played in two locations last night and both won, the women at Mercyhurst and the men at home against Slippery Rock.

Coach Joe Lombardi says IUP’s men continue to play well in the face of adversity, without prolific scorer Shanwdale Jones, who is out for the season with a knee injury, and forward Tommy Demogerontis, who has been injured and missed the last couple of weeks.
Both IUP teams are back on the court tomorrow night at the KCAC against Cal U. The women were beaten at Cal last Monday, 62-46 in a makeup game. The men won at Cal on January 5th, 84-71.
Lombardi says Cal is a quality team.
The games at the KCAC tomorrow will be played without fans at the KCAC. You will hear action on 92.5 FM U92 and the U92 Sportschannel.
