Several plea court hearings and sentencing hearings are set for Indiana County Court today, including one for a man who is also scheduled for a formal arraignment hearing on drug-related charges.
Court documents show 38-year-old David A. Bratcher of Clymer will go before Indiana County President Judge Tom Bianco for two hearings. One is a formal arraignment two counts of resisting arrest along with one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia for an incident on July 8th of last year. The other is a plea court hearing for charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct from May 23rd of 2021.
Another person due in court today is 29-year-old Daniel Lukehart of Pittsburgh, who will enter pleas to charges related to an incident on March 30th of last year. He faces two counts each of child endangerment and resisting arrest, and single counts of terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment.
