One person is now in police custody after a standoff on Sunday in Kiski Township, Armstrong County.
Reports say that Kiskiminetas Township Police were dispatched at 6:23 AM on Sunday for reports of a man firing a gun outside his home along Water Street in Edmon. The suspect, identified as 36-year-old Joshua Reilly went back into his home when police got there and continued to fire his gun out a second story window toward nearby buildings. Reilly did come out for 30 minutes threatening to harm himself and others with a shotgun before going back inside. State Police SERT team members were then dispatched and started to make entry when Reilly surrendered after another brief standoff. Police found a pound of meth, marijuana, other firearms, a large amount of cash and assorted drug paraphernalia when they searched the home.
Reilly now faces charges of reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and possession with intent to deliver among others.
