The IUP Men’s and Women’s basketball teams return to action today.
They are on the road against Slippery Rock. For the men, it will be the start of a home-and-home series with “The Rock”, but the Crimson Hawks are coming in off an 83-50 win against Gannon on Monday. Armoni Foster and Ethan Poterfield had 27 points each in Monday’s win.
The women’s team will start a road swing with two games in three days. The IUP women beat Lock Haven 65-55 on Wednesday. In her first start, Kiera Baughman put up a career high 19 points, and was one of three players in double-figures.
The broadcast starts at 12:45 PM with the pre-game show today on U-92.5 FM and the U-92.5 Sports Channel.
