HERITAGE CONFERENCE BOYS
West Shamokin toppled United, 55-38, avenging an earlier ten-point loss to the Lions. The Wolves used a 13-4 advantage in the second quarter to build a 21-9 lead, then outscored the Lions 22-8 in the third quarter to take a 43-17 lead into the fourth. The Lions did make a dent in the lead with a nine-point advantage in the final quarter, but it was not nearly enough as they lost a Heritage Conference game for the first time this season.

HERITAGE CONFERENCE GIRLS
The Penns Manor girls beat Berlin-Brothersvalley on the road in a non-conference thriller, 56-53 in overtime. The Comets trailed by eight with three minutes left, but Megan Dumm hit back-to-back three-pointers and Alyssa Altemus scored a two to tie the game. After Berlin re-took the lead, Dumm answered with a two-pointer with one second left to send it into OT. The Comets then took the lead at the outset of the overtime and never gave it up as Sydney Shaffer hit a three, Altemus had two twos, Allie Mumau a two, and Dumm scored two free throws.
Dumm finished with 32 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 steals. Altemus has 11 points and 5 steals.
