Indiana County’s Fair Queen placed in the top five for the Pennsylvania State Fair Queen Coronation over the weekend.
At the event held Saturday at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, Elizabeth Bruner of Blairsville was placed in the top five of the state. Bruner, a home-schooled student, is active in many local and state 4-H programs and is a member of the Gordon, Lucky Kids Goat and Southern Indiana County Shooting Sports clubs. She also serves as the president of the PA Governor’s Youth Council for hunting, fishing and conservation. She also volunteers for various environmental organizations and her church.
Anna Haldeman from the Manheim Community Farm Show was named the 2022 PA Fair Queen. Rebecca Williamson of the American Legion County Fair will serve as the alternate.
