Even though road conditions were still bad after yesterday’s storm, there was only one vehicle accident reported by Indiana County 911 on Monday.That accident was reported at 1:50 PM on Hill Road in Green Township. Indiana Fire Association, State Police and Citizens Ambulance were dispatched for that accident.
Emergency crews were busy with several other calls yesterday. At 1:59 PM, Creekside and Indiana firefighters were dispatched for a reported vehicle fire on Main Street in Ernest Borough. Indiana fire crews were also dispatched for two automatic fire alarms on Monday: one on Clairvaux Drive in White Township at 2:21 PM and the other at 8:37 PM on Philadelphia Street in Indiana Borough.
To round out a busy 24 hours for the Indiana Fire Association, they were dispatched to help with a physical rescue on Rose Road in White Township at 12:39 this morning.
