HERITAGE CONFERENCE GIRLS
Homer-Center knocked off United in a key Heritage Conference division matchup. The Wildcats took control of the game early on the way to a 55-40 win.

Penns Manor raised its record to 10-2 with a 49-26 win over Cambria Heights. Megan Dumm had a double-double, with 17 points and ten rebounds. Kate Hnatko scored 16 points and Alyssa Altemus had 10. Coach Jason Miloser praised Deja Gillo for her five assists and her distribution of the ball all night long.
Purchase Line improved to 7-4 on the season with a 48-39 win over Marion Center. The Red Dragons’ Madison Scalese scored 13 points, all in the second half. Bethany Smith scored 11 and blocked four shots. Abby Goss also had 11 points. Purchase Line coach Kelley Goss assigned Bailey Weaver to guard the Stingers’ leading scorer, Lydia Miller, who was held to 10 points. Miller did have ten steals in the game. Marion Center was led by Kaelee Elkin, who scored 13 points.
River Valley topped West Shamokin 62-48.
