In the Outback Bowl yesterday, Arkansas beat Penn State, 24-10.
The Razorbacks erased a 10-7 Penn State halftime lead with a 21-point third quarter, led by quarterback KJ Jefferson, who ran for 110 yards. Arkansas’ running game ripped through the Nittany Lions’ defense for 361 yards, with Raheim Sanders running for 79 yards and two touchdowns and Dominique Johnson rushing for 85 yards.
Penn State played without six standouts who opted out of the game to avoid injury as they prepare for the NFL Draft.
