As the final week of the year arrives, the Indiana County Court schedule is quite busy, with a number of cases coming before the court tomorrow. Many of them are decades old, and involve defendants who have served their sentences but still have not settled up their fines and penalties. In hearings scheduled tomorrow, multiple defendants will be subject to a review of their ability to pay their obligations.
There is also sentencing scheduled tomorrow for a 34-year-old Rochester Mills man who pleaded guilty to seven criminal offenses, including two charges each of corruption of minors and indecent assault, and three of furnishing liquor to minors. All of the crimes are misdemeanor grade, some having been changed from felony level.
