Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco has scheduled Plea Court tomorrow for Nicholas Leone, the former firefighter accused in three arson fires in northern Indiana County. The 25-year-old Creekside man is charged with taking part in three arson fires with Dylan Dalessio of Plumville, who this month was sentenced to serve concurrent prisons terms that will total up to fifteen years in prison for the same arson fires and other fires and related crimes.
Leone is charged in connection with fires in Creekside and West Mahoning Township in December 2018 and in West Mahoning Township at an Amish furniture shop the next month.
Monday’s Plea Court is set for 8:30 AM. Plea Court is also scheduled for Noah Acosta, a Northern Cambria man charged with drug offenses.
