Blairsville Borough Police are investigating two incidents of suspicious behavior that happened early Wednesday morning in the borough.
Police say that the incidents happened between 4:30 and 5:30 AM in the borough. The first happened along East Brown Street, when the homeowner’s doorbell camera alerted the homeowner and captured video of an individual coming onto the front porch of the property. When that person heard a dog bark, he left the property going west on East Brown Street. The second incident was on Old Main Street, when that homeowner heard a knock at the door. After a porch light was turned on, a man’s voice was heard saying “hello” and once again, a dog began to bark, prompting the suspicious person to leave.
It’s not known at this time if the two incidents are related. Anyone with information on these incidents is asked to call police at 724-459-7555.
