State police have announced that someone was picked up for Driving Under the Influence earlier this week in Green Township. Troopers say this happened on November 24th at 2:27 AM, police pulled over 21-year-old Brandon O’Hara from Home after several motor vehicle violations along Barr Slope Road and Reservoir Road. Police discovered that he was under the influence of a controlled substance at the time. Charges are pending the results of a blood test before District Judge Christopher Welch.
State Police have charged two men with simple assault and harassment concerning an incident in Montgomery Township on Wednesday at 11:56 PM. Troopers say that two un-named men, a 40-year-old from Burnside and a 26-year-old from Glen Campbell engaged in a physical altercation at a location on Route 286 East.
